Bought the Hybrid carry on for my son & myself for Christmas. Got the recommendation from Wired as I was new to brand. Great buy - off to Texas for work.
Good looks- quality and jus right size. Customer service was terrific - I made a typo error when ordering and Magda (cust service) was on top of it and fixed right away.
Will buy more stuff and certainly tell my friends.

I really love this suitcase! It stands out between all the Rimowa's you see at the airports nowadays, and without having too much rounded corners it offers loads of space! The suitcase looks stylish and it fits a LOT of stuff: I easily travel on a two weeks business trip with just this and my small backpack. The wheels roll really smoothly and the locks make a nice click ;-)
ps. I did have one that was handled too roughly when getting checked in, breaking one of the corners! Customer support exchanged it within a week!

Took on a 15 day trip to Japan with carry-on-only travel. I was able to pack 10 pairs of socks and underwear, 8 shirts, 4 pants, and my toiletries in the inner flaps. I didn't believe it at first, but I did have 2 separate people approach me while waiting to board to ask me where I got the suitcase from.
The wheels are smooth, and the extendable handle and leather accents are great feeling and sturdy. I had no trouble wheeling across paved roads in Tokyo and Hakone, and cobble streets in Kyoto. After buying a cheap suitcase to use for souvenirs, the difference is so night and day it makes me even happier with my purchase.
Can't go wrong!
FYI: I used it for Air Canada flights mostly, and even though the width is 0.5" too big (9" is limit), no one stopped me and the cases fit with more than enough room to spare in overhead bins.
