Set your lock
All our suitcases come with TSA-approved combination locks. They are factory-set to 0-0-0 and can easily be changed to your desired code. Once you’ve created your combination, we recommend jotting the code down somewhere, in case it ever slips your mind. Please note that once set, only you will be able to open your suitcase.
How to set your Hybrid luggage lock
1. Set the dials to 0-0-0 (if new from factory), then press the two side buttons to open the suitcase.
2. At the back of the lock you will find the reset button. Slide it from OFF to SET. Roll the dials to your desired code. Now slide the reset button from SET to OFF.
3. The combination is now set. To unlock, ensure the code is correct and then press the two side buttons to open the locking mechanism. To set a new code, start again from step 1 using your existing code.
How to set your Core Luggage lock
1. Set the dials to 0-0-0 (if new from factory), then push the reset button down using a pointed object until you hear a click. Now roll the dials to your desired code.
2. Slide the latch to the right. The reset button will pop up, signalling that the new code is set.
3. Once the code is set, push the zips down to activate the locking mechanism. To set a new code, start from step 1 using your existing code.
